 Finance Committee describes the taxes imposed on telecommunications and Internet companies ratio

BAGHDAD / JD / .. the parliamentary finance committee confirmed that all telecommunications and Internet companies working in Iraq obliged to pay taxes and fees to the state, indicating that the duties and taxes imposed on the companies installed in the proportion of the contract with the Wi-increasing government taxes borne by the citizen.
A member of the committee MP Hussam punitive Agency / KD /: that all telecommunications and Internet companies obliged to pay fees and taxes to the state, noting that contracts with companies to prove the taxes paid by those companies to the government ratio, taking into consideration that contracts any new fees imposed by the government be borne by the citizen.
He added that the 20% tax imposed by the government on telecommunications companies has been borne by the citizen through higher prices of services provided to him, on the grounds that the contracts concluded without this tax rate
